Pick and choose what workshops appeal most to you, they compliment each other so beautifully, but are still valuable separately.

All workshops are delivered live over video call so they can be attended from anywhere in the world.

Yes, you will still receive your manual and a recording of the live workshop to watch 7 days after the session. This is great if you are in a different time-zone or have to miss the session for any reason.

A mat to move on (reformer optional)
Your manual provided either printed by you (and a pen) or displayed on your computer

These workshops will benefit you if you teach mat, reformer, barre or any type of group classes taught in a group boutique studio.
The exercises and references throughout the workshop will refer to both mat and reformer exercises and class plans.

All you will need for the workshop is a mat and space to move, however if you have access to a reformer there will be moments you can use it to try things discussed.

Yes, no matter your level of teaching gain insights and knowledge to support you in your journey.

These workshops can all be done as a stand-alone workshop without any prior learning. However, for those wanting to optimise your experience, do all three to compound your knowledge.
